Project Management

Support Team

The Support Team, which includes Office Administration, Accounting, IT, and HR, plays a critical role in keeping the company running smoothly. “I support anyone who needs assistance with office supplies, from ordering scotch tape to paper plates, from hand soap to popcorn, from coffee to candy, and from label makers to lunch. I see my role as one that makes everyone else’s jobs easier, and that is what I try to do.”

Estimating and Preconstruction

The estimating and preconstruction team works behind the scenes to lay the groundwork for successful projects. They analyze project documents, which can range from brief descriptions to detailed drawings, and develop competitive bids. Despite often working with limited information and tight deadlines, their expertise is important in securing new projects. Their role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strategic thinking, making them essential to the company’s growth and success. 

“I currently work in Estimating/Precon. Typically, we get an invite and documents about a project to bid on. The documents might just be a paragraph describing the project or they could be drawings. We then take off and figure what would go into doing that project based on that information.”

Safety Management

Safety management is dedicated to ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.
