Constructing a well-conceived, well- implemented system that consistently and reliably delivers power to an enterprise over a long period of time without major disruptions is complex. It takes expertise, coupled with ingenuity and experience, and has to be the end result of a carefully thought-out process.

WB Moore excels in thinking through not just the reliable delivery of power, but all that has to happen to insure it from the start.

There has to be a plan that includes periodic inspections, planned shutdowns, load testing, annual maintenance. Each is essential for consistency. WB Moore takes every one into account with every design, and build. If needed, we can design and install electrical systems with redundancy, so that isolation can occur. It’s how we can assure our clients that their systems will be operational 24/7.

One key is that we are a design/build firm with construction and engineering under one roof working in tandem on every project, anticipating situations before they occur and having plans to address each situation.

This was never more evident than in a series of projects we did for Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina. A high rise office tower with an attached Ritz Carlton hotel, the project was completed and opened in two phases, one year apart. This represented a complex challenge. The Life Safety System for the entire project had to be in place and operational for the opening of the hotel, a full year before the completion of the office tower. WB Moore installed, inspected and commissioned the project, and continues to be a part of both its maintenance and its continual evolution.
